Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy (For all services) To respect the time and commitment of both clients and practitioners, we have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all therapy sessions and personal training appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee. Late Cancellation Fee Massage Therapy: 50% of the session fee will be charged. Personal Training: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-Show Policy Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future sessions. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remaining time and the full fee still applies. Illness & Emergencies We understand that emergencies and sudden illness happen. In these situations, fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion. Communication To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone, text, or email. Messages received outside business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.
